Skiers Edge Condo Association is currently in
the process of renovating, updating and improving our rustic lodge. The
association board currently has plans to complete these renovations during a
five year improvement period. No assurances can be made that any specific
project or part of the plan will be completed on a specific date, time or
season and any estimates provided are simply included to provide our
association owners with a general update on the renovation plans and
progress. These plans are subject to change at anytime. |
| Pictures of remodeled units DO NOT reflect how any of the non updated units
will appear for any guests staying with SECA. The renovated units are the
ONLY units that include these updates at this time. Requests to upgrade to
these units may be made to VRI management. Neither
VRI nor the SECA association can in any way provide any assurance or
guarantee that these units may be available. VRI will provide owners or
guests requesting upgrades to these renovated accommodations with the
appropriate upgrade fee and availability upon request. |

The renovation plan will be scheduled by the Board of Managers. All
projects are to be scheduled and completed based on funding available.
