UNANIMOUS CONSENT RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF MANAGERS IN LIEU OF
SPECIAL MEETING
The undersigned, being all the managers of Skier’s Edge Condominium
Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereby consent that the following
action be taken without a meeting as authorized by the Colorado Nonprofit
Corporation Act and in lieu of a special meeting of the Board of Managers:
RESOLVED, that the Bylaws dated March 11, 199r are hereby amended as
follows:
Change Article 4, Section 4.1 NUMBER AND QUALIFICATION.
